INTERNAL REGULATIONS

  1. Admission and residence conditions
    To be admitted to enter, settle or stay at the Mer et Montagne campsite, you must have been authorized by the manager or his representative. It is the duty of the latter to ensure that the campsite is kept in good order, and that the present rules and regulations are applied.
    Staying on the campsite implies acceptance of the provisions of these regulations and a commitment to comply with them.
    No one may elect domicile there.
  1. Police formalities
    Minors unaccompanied by their parents will only be admitted with the written authorization of their parents and the agreement of the campsite management.
    The manager is required to have guests complete and sign the form before their arrival,
    a police card. In particular, it must mention :
    1° The full name of each participant in the stay
    2° Date and place of birth ;
    3° Nationality ;
    4° habitual place of residence.

Any person not mentioned on this form will be refused access to the Mer et Montagne campsite.

3. Installation
Outdoor accommodation and related equipment must be set up at the specified location in accordance with the instructions given by the manager or his representative.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rental structures and common areas of the campsite. Failure to comply with this prohibition will result in your deposit being retained in full. For hygiene reasons, sheets and pillowcases are compulsory in rental accommodation. (No sleeping bags allowed). It is now forbidden to pitch a tent on or near the terrace of a mobile home.

4. Reception desk
Low and mid season: Open from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm.

High season: Open 9am to 12pm and 3:30pm to 7pm, Monday to Saturday

Open from 9am to 12pm and from 3pm to 7pm on Sundays.

At the reception desk, you’ll find all the information you need about the campground’s services, refreshment facilities, sports facilities, the tourist attractions of the surrounding area and a variety of other information.

A complaints collection and processing system is available to customers.

5. Display
These rules and regulations are posted at the entrance to the campsite and at the reception desk. It is given to every customer who requests it.
For classified campsites, the classification category and the number of tourism or leisure pitches are displayed at the campsite entrance.
The prices of the various services are communicated to customers in accordance with the conditions laid down by order of the Minister responsible for consumer affairs, and can be consulted at reception.

  1. Departure arrangements.

Customers must follow the cleaning instructions stipulated in their accommodation.

Rented or borrowed equipment must be handed in personally to the campsite staff. In the event of proven breakage, the equipment will be invoiced or deducted from the deposit.

Customers intending to leave before the reception desk opens are asked to notify receptionists the day before.

7. Noise and Pets
Guests are kindly requested to avoid any noise or discussion that might disturb their neighbors. Sound equipment must be adjusted accordingly.

From 11pm onwards, all noise disturbing holidaymakers’ rest is forbidden.
Pets must be notified at the time of booking and their owners must pay the fee per night on the day of arrival. Only one pet per rental or pitch will be accepted. Vaccination certificate and insurance certificate must be presented at reception.

Pets must be kept on a leash at all times, and their daily walks must take place outside the Camping Mer et Montagne. They must not be left alone or locked up in rental accommodation in the absence of their owners, who are civilly responsible for them.

8. Visitors
After being authorized by the manager or his representative, visitors may be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the campers receiving them.
Campground services and facilities are accessible to visitors. However, management reserves the right to refuse access to the pool in the event of overcrowding.

Visitors’ cars are not allowed on the campsite.

  1. Vehicle traffic and parking
    Inside the campsite, vehicles must drive at a limited speed.
    In high season, traffic is allowed from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Outside these hours, holidaymakers are invited to use the overnight parking lot at the rear of the campsite.
    Only vehicles belonging to campers staying at the campsite may be used. Each guest has a parking space in front of or near their accommodation. Any additional vehicle will be tolerated provided it parks in the same space as the1st vehicle, without obstructing traffic.

Vehicles belonging to bare pitch campers must be parked on their pitch.

10. Good housekeeping and respect for facilities
Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could damage the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campsite and its facilities, particularly the sanitary facilities.

To gain access to the pool, guests must comply with the instructions given at the entrance.
It is forbidden to dispose of wastewater on the ground or in gutters.
Campers must empty wastewater into the facilities provided.
Household waste, garbage of all kinds and paper must be disposed of in the selective sorting garbage cans.
Vehicle washing is strictly forbidden by prefectoral decree.

For reasons of electrical safety, it is forbidden to connect your vehicle to the standard sockets on pitches and rental structures.

Any damage to vegetation, fences, grounds or campsite facilities will be paid for by the person responsible.
The site used during the stay must be maintained in the same condition as the camper found it on arrival.

11. Security
a) Fire.
Open fires (wood, coal, etc.) are strictly forbidden.

In the event of fire, notify management immediately.
Fire extinguishers can be used when necessary.
A first-aid kit and a defibrillator are also available.

b) Vol.
Management has a general obligation to supervise the campsite.

Campers are responsible for their own facilities and must report any suspicious persons to the manager. Customers are invited to
take the usual precautions to safeguard their equipment.

12. Games and sports facilities
No violent or disruptive games may be played in the vicinity of the facilities.

The playground and sports facilities are accessible during the day under the full responsibility of parents.

13. Infringement of internal regulations
In the event of a resident disrupting the stay of other users, or failing to comply with the provisions of these rules and regulations, the manager may, if he deems it necessary, give the resident oral or written notice to cease the disturbance.

In the event of serious or repeated breaches of the rules and regulations, and after formal notice to comply, the Director may terminate the contract.
In the event of a criminal offence, the manager may call in the police.
